WHAT ARE BIOSTIMULATORS?

Biostimulators, like Radiesse and Sculptra, are injectables that trigger your body to naturally produce collagen and elastin. These treatments gradually improve skin tone, texture, and tightness over time—helping you look refreshed and lifted, with results that continue to improve for months after treatment.

WHAT IS RADIESSE?

Radiesse is an advanced, collagen-stimulating injectable that restores volume, enhances contours, and improves skin quality. Unlike traditional fillers that simply add volume, Radiesse works beneath the surface to stimulate your body’s natural collagen production—creating smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin that lasts.

Under Eye Rejuvenation: Reduces hollowness, dark circles and fine lines

Scalp For Hair Restoration: stimulates dormant hair follicles

Facial Volume/Texture Restoration: Helps improve texture and skin elasticity in the face (cheeks, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, temples)

WHAT IS A NON-SURGICAL BUTT LIFT

A non-surgical butt lift is a minimally invasive treatment designed to enhance the shape, volume, and contour of the buttocks — without surgery, implants, or downtime. At Luxe House Aesthetics, this is achieved using Radiesse, a collagen-stimulating injectable that adds subtle lift and fullness while improving skin texture and firmness over time.

Radiesse is carefully injected into targeted areas of the buttocks. It provides instant volume and acts as a biostimulator, encouraging your body to produce more collagen and elastin for long-term lift and firmness. The result? A naturally fuller, smoother, and more sculpted appearance that continues to improve for months after treatment.

Benefits:

  • Immediate lift and contour enhancement

  • Gradual collagen stimulation for lasting results

  • Improves skin texture and elasticity

  • Quick treatment with little to no downtime

  • No anesthesia, incisions, or implants

Radiesse & Sculptra FAQs

Questions about biostimulator treatments — products that work with your body to rebuild collagen for long-lasting, natural-looking results.

What are biostimulators?

Biostimulators are injectable products that don’t just add volume — they trigger your body’s own collagen production. The result is firmer, more lifted skin that improves over time, with results that often last longer than traditional fillers.

What’s the difference between Radiesse and Sculptra?

Radiesse is made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) and gives an immediate lift along with long-term collagen stimulation. It’s ideal for the jawline, cheeks, hands, and chest. Sculptra is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and works gradually over 3–6 months as collagen builds. It’s ideal for overall facial volume restoration, hip dips, and skin laxity.

Are Radiesse and Sculptra fillers?

They’re often grouped with fillers, but they behave differently. Traditional HA fillers add volume directly. Biostimulators rebuild your own collagen, so the result is your tissue, regenerated.

How long do results last?

Radiesse results typically last 12–18 months. Sculptra results can last 2+ years. Both stimulate collagen, so even after the product itself is metabolized, you keep some of the structural benefits.

How many sessions will I need?

Radiesse is often a single session per area, with maintenance as needed. Sculptra is most often a series of 2–3 sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart.

When will I see results?

With Radiesse, you’ll see immediate lift and continued improvement over 2–3 months. Sculptra results develop more gradually — most patients notice the difference around the 6-week mark and full results at 3–6 months.

Does it hurt?

Both products are injected with very fine needles or cannulas, with topical numbing applied first. Most patients tolerate the procedure well.

What’s the aftercare?

For Sculptra specifically, you’ll be asked to massage the treated area 5 times a day for 5 days, for 5 minutes each time (“the rule of 5s”). Otherwise, aftercare is similar to traditional filler — avoid exercise and alcohol for 24 hours, no NSAIDs for 48 hours, and ice for comfort.

Can biostimulators be combined with Botox or HA filler?

Yes — biostimulators work beautifully alongside Botox and traditional fillers as part of a complete treatment plan. Your provider will sequence them to get the best result.

Who is a good candidate?

Patients looking for collagen rebuilding, gradual natural-looking enhancement, or longer-lasting results than traditional HA fillers. We’ll review your goals and history during consultation.
